Learn how to make healthy Upvas special snack / breakfast recipe Sabudana Thalipeeth from our chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 & 1/2 Cup Sabudana, soaked overnight <br />3 Potatoes, boiled & chopped <br />1/2 Cup Crushed Peanut <br />1/2 tsp Ginger paste <br />3-4 Green chillies, chopped <br />1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />1 & 1/2 tsp Sugar <br />1/2 tsp Rock Salt <br />Coriander leaves <br />Oil <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Soak the sabudana over night in water. Next day rinse it and keep it aside. <br />- In a large bowl add the soaked sabudana. <br />- Then add boiled potatoes, crushed peanuts, ginger paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, sugar and black salt. Mix everything well. <br />- In a flat pan heat some oil. <br />- Take small portions of the mixture and flatten them on the hot pan. <br />- Drizzle some more oil on the sides of the thalipeeth. <br />- Flip it over after few minutes & let the thalipeeth cook well on both the sides. <br />- Serve the delicious hot Sabudana Thalipeeth with curd & chutney.
